This is the best eyeliner. I have tried many different brands and this one stays on all day without smudging.

if it gets to thick it can come off when you curl your eyelashes.

nice bold color, be careful if you have sensitive eyes and you want to apply to lower lid.

I bought the Pure White shade hoping, just hoping something would work on my waterline... BUT this didn't. It is waterproof. I swatched it, let set, ran it under water, rubbed my finger over it, and it didn't budge. This is a great base, creases less than the Jumbo Pencil in Milk. This will probably work with someone who can get things to stay in their waterline, I just can't. It is on the more sheer side. It does need to be built up. For the price, it being waterprrof, I can't knock it.

Great bold color and nice selection of colors. Glides on easily. Stays put and does not smudge.

This is fun I purchased Esemerelda green to apply over my black and give a pop of color, it does that and more, went back to Ulta and purchased pink and blue. I do not suggest the pink as it does not show up at all, but the blue is gorgeous! I cannot say how long this lasts at this time, because I have only played with it, haven't worn it on a night out (which is my true test) all I can say is it applies effortlessly and the colors are amazing!

This eyeliner is a great alternative to the more expensive brands. Goes on smoothly and stays all day.

The great thing about Urban Decay is their awesomely bold eyeliner colors. However, the prices are a bit onthe steep side. So, since my goal this spring was to brighten my look without breaking my budget, I decided to try the eyeliner line from NYX. I was so pleased with this product! It's very bright and bold! You can pair it with a light neutral eyeshadow or another bright color. This is a great product and will brighten your look!

this is literally like butter! glides on yet stays on forever... wil buy all the colors eventually
